"I loved this little place…everything that was needed for 1-2 people. The host even put out little emergency supplies if you forgot your toothbrush, for example. It was walking distance to everything downtown but the restaurant directly across the street was so good I ate there twice. I would love to stay here again sometime. "

As well as guest for TV for Netflix. Added bonus outdoor space makes up for lack of living room. I would recommend this place and stay again for sure. "What stood out most was how beautifully maintained the space was and how genuinely warm and welcoming it felt from the moment we arrived. The host clearly put a lot of care into the details, with thoughtful touches like water and extra toiletries in case something was forgotten, which made us feel right at home. There were plenty of towels and sheets, and the space was comfortable and roomy, making it an easy, relaxing, and enjoyable stay overall. Will definitely return and recommend to anyone...

"Vincent was amazing to work with! We decided to change the dates and he was very patient and helpful while we got it updated with VRBO. The home is in a peaceful neighborhood with beautiful trees and active squirrels (my daughter’s favorite part). The location was convenient for our needs. We all enjoyed the game tables and the convenience of the washer and dryer. We even tried out the projector one night to watch a couple of episodes of Gilmore Girls – so fun! Vincent checked in once we arrived...

"We had a great, relaxing Thanksgiving holiday at this spacious Southington, CT home. It was the perfect spot to visit one of my daughters and be able to have my mother-in-law stay with us so we could cook and host Thanksgiving dinner. The house was well-stocked and supplied with everything we needed, and then some; which allowed us to have a stress-free holiday as if we were in our own home. We highly recommend this home and will keep it in mind for future extended stays in the area."

"We stayed over Christmas. The day we left we woke up to 7 inches of snow. There was no snow shovel. I messaged the host. Within an hour a snow removal company was there to shovel us out. We are in our late 70’s and we could not figure out the tv. It would be helpful to have a folder with step by step instructions as to how to turn on the tv and how to get to the local stations. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. "

"We had two rooms and both stank of old cigarette smoke. And the bed in one of the rooms was made with dirty bed linens. When we asked for clean sheets we had to strip the bed ourselves and make the bed. We had to make a deposit of $50 for each room in case we smoked in the rooms, which seemed ridiculous given that the rooms already stank - and the windows couldn't be opened. "
