"The hotel is nice, but may need some maintenance of the ceilings esp on the lobby area. It’s a long walk from the hotel to the beach (without shaded area), I recommend a golf cart to transport guests esp during the hottest time of the day."

"We had a very nice stay at the Reef. Great service and helpful staff. The room had a great view, the beach was incredible and the breakfast was good. The location of the resort is a bit far from shopping possobilities and restaurants but transportation was easy."

"Very friendly staff. We were also able to get our room early which was lovely considering we’d been travelling some 20 hours! Room was a very good size and comfortable. Patio was small though (not very wide). But we had view of pool and ocean. Excellent experience. "

"We stayed 3 nights in Plantation Bay, and I have to give a shout out to Ms. Glaze at the front desk! She explains everything clearly and with kindness. She was patient enough to answer all the questions and very polite. Give her a raise or acknowledge her professionalism and most of all, her way of letting us all feel very welcome. She's part of the reasons why I extended for another night and even booked additional room. Please award her or promote her! However, we did not like the attitude...
