"Nice little place at a good price as we were going to The Open at Troon. No services in the village but next village has a great food pub and hotel that does decent pub Faye. when we visited the hotel bar and restaurant was closed for refurb but they did do a good breakfast"

"I am 6'6" and currently have limited mobility following an operation. Stairs were a slight problem and i got room 3 which as someone else mentioned had sloping ceilings in parts but there were numerous 'mind your head' signs. Room was compact and clean with two single beds. Limited parking - i ended up being told to park on part of the pavement outside the inn. "We visited The Kings Arms hotel on a 3 night stay whilst motorcycling in the area. We were met by the friendliest member of staff who couldn't do enough for us, the room was a good sized, clean and very comfortable with 3 beds and a large modern bathroom. The evening menu had plenty of choice, sampling several options over the 3 nights, the food was excellent, i highlt recommend the haggis tower.
