"We were family of 23 people. Young and “old” was loving the beautiful and quiet place. With the best view. Everything was perfect. Guido always answer quick. The people we met, that helped to make the Place perfectly comfortable was all so nice. Orietta made us dinner 3 times. It was like heaven. Even all the kids loved her cocking. We bought wine from the place, because it was so good and so cheap😉 Can very much recommend this place to everybody who wants a good, beautiful and quiet...

"Perfect place for a relaxing vacation. It was very hot during our stay, but this was no problem because the house and the surroundings was so beautiful. The host was extremely helpful with information and suggestions on what to see and do, during our stay. We have never met such an engaged host. The view from the house and the pool was spectacular, with the real feel of the Italian country side. Even the last part of the road was dirt road, so don't bring your Ferrari :-). "Very nice and quiet getaway in the hills. The house and surroundings are excellent. The pool is clean and perfect for swimming laps (14 m long) and 1-1,5 m depth. The area does not have a lot to offer but the places recommended by Sabina were excellent. The Marmore waterfalls are just an hour away and worth a trip. The same is the cosy city Orvieto. "Rosa our hostess made the two week stay with my wife and our daughter’s family a true delight. The pool was a big splash with the 4 and 6 year old grandsons. The oldest perfected his swimming skills while there. Rosa’s morning goodie surprises were wonderful. Her direction and suggestions on where to eat or what village to see was spot on. "

Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

"Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer grandiosen Umgebung. Die Nähe zur Stadt Todi und die schöne Lage in den Hügeln um die Stadt ist wunderbar. Die Ausstattung des Hauses mit dem weitläufigen Grundstück und dem großen Pool ist sehr gut. In der Nachbarschaft befindet sich ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem Personal.
