"This is a beautiful property! In the heart of San Jose and located close to the San Jose airport. Things to plan for: there is no parking at the property itself however there is a paid parking lot across the street and a parking garage close by. Breakfast is not included however they do have a restaurant in the lobby. I highly recommend staying her and I would stay again."

"It was a very dirty and neglected room, and the following are issues I had: • There was urine and hair on the bathroom floor • There was used toilet paper in the bathroom trash • There was hair on the bed, in between the sheets, on the pillows, and under the pillows. • There was almost no place to park When I first went to use the bathroom, I noticed there was hair and urine on the floor in front of the toilet and shower, and there was used toilet paper still in the bathroom trash. "If you’re looking for ONLY a place to stay and a roof over your head that’s cheap, then you’re looking at the right place. this is bare minimum place, food and drug paraphernalia strewn about around the property premises. No toiletries other than towels and toilet paper. I personally would have been better off sleeping in my car for the night."
