My husband and I had a beautiful and comfortable room with a balcony and a sea view, which was lovely! We loved the balcony and the refilled water filter (very sustainable!).
Our kids had the room with no balcony. Their bed was very hard but the hotel added a top duvet/thin mattress on top to make it more comfortable.
Hotel location was great too, walking distance to Sai Kung village, the beach, kayak rental and outline island...

If you need to take mtr, you will need to walk 15-20mins or wait for the shuttle bus."

We had asked for rooms next to each other, and where told, that they could do that, but when we got our rooms, the where not next to each other. We where there during the typhoon on july 20 th of this year. There was no comunication to us, of what to do, or where we might go to get water or something to eat. Everything else was closed due to safety...

"Très bon hôtel 4,étoiles situé à deux pas du métro au cœur de Kowloon avec tout le confort requis. Le seul problème résidait dans la presence de punaise de lit difficile à déceler en arrivant qui ont gâche le séjour en occasionnant de nombreuses piqures sur les jambes. Ce genre de problème n’est malheureusement pas propre à un hôtel 4 étoiles et devient de plus en plus fréquent malgré un nettoyage minutieux "

"Vi havde booket Executive Club Room. Ligesom de tidligere gange vi har boet på Regal Oriental Hotel, var oplevelsen udmærket. Værelset var, efter Hong Kong standard, et pænt stort værelse med alle forventelige faciliteter. Derudover var der Executive Club Lounge med et udmærket morgen-madstilbud samt fri afternoon cocktails. Da vi, ifm. et uheld, havde brug for at låne en kørestol, var servicen fra hotellet igen i top. Efter nu 3 ophold på Regal Oriental Hotel, kan vi kun anbefale dette centralt...

We had asked for rooms next to each other, and where told, that they could do that, but when we got our rooms, the where not next to each other. We where there during the typhoon on july 20 th of this year. There was no comunication to us, of what to do, or where we might go to get water or something to eat. Everything else was closed due to safety reasons, we get that, but as hotel with a lot of guests, you might let them know you are there to help, or/and answer their questions. There was no service provided of any kind during the typhoon. We where left to ourselves."
