"Perfect property for us. We were there for a soccer tournament. We were able to wash clothes after the game. The property has great Wi-Fi and TV very clean and very nice remodel. Property is quiet and in a safe area accessible to lots of different amenities from restaurants to Bass Pro, shops, and other retail stores. "

"I enjoyed my stay in this charming little cottage! It was neat, clean, and comfortable. I was told the neighborhood was “in a rough part of town” but I saw nothing to cause me concern. The location was very convenient, with easy access to I-40 and close to the capital. The house is beautifully decorated. I had good communication with the owner. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. I visit the area often and will plan to stay here in the future. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the River House. It was just what we needed! We spent most of our time on the covered patio catching the breeze and watching the barges go by. If you are looking to rest and relax.....this is the place for you. The owner, Ryan was an awesome host. We will be back!"
