This updated water front home is perfect for family retreat or get together with friends; it features 3BR/3BA, 2 living areas and sleeps 10. 70 inch smart TV in the living room, 55 inch smart TV in primary bedroom. Blazing fast internet / wifi, a beautifully stocked kitchen w/ coffee bar and updated amenities. Open living space with vaulted ceiling and stunning views of open waters. Primary bedroom is located upstairs with it's own ensuite bath and access of balcony with stunning view of the lake. 2 additional guest bedrooms along with 2 full baths are located downstairs. Relax in the large backyard and enjoy outdoor cooking and dining. Guests love our firepit for marshmallow roasting and the dock is perfect for fishing. Come and enjoy the lake life as we have all the lake toys for your convenience. When you are done playing outdoors, come inside and have a game of shuffleboard or enjoy many board games inside the house.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

If you are bringing a boat, please let us know (boat liability insurance required). Parking is available for 1 car in the garage and driveway parking is available for up to 4 cars. No parking on the street or neighbor's lawns. Kayaks and life vests are available to use at your own risk. No fireworks allowed. Guest must sign Rental Agreement and provide Driver's License after booking. Minimum age of primary renter: 25. Refundable Security Deposit required: $500. Cancellation refunds (if applicable) are subject to reduction for any booking platform service fees, commissions and/or credit card processing fees that are charged on the booking.
