"A Dream Honeymoon in Paradise – 100/10! ❤️ Our stay at Anantara Veli was truly the most beautiful vacation of our lives! From beginning to end, everything was absolutely perfect. This resort is heaven on earth, even more breathtaking than those dreamy tropical wallpapers! Our biggest THANK YOU goes to our incredible host, Ms. Farangiz. She is honestly the BEST host we have ever had! Such a warm-hearted,professional, caring and wonderful person. She was always there for us, helped us with...

"The staff were really friendly and the hotel was in a really good location. Room was big and nice :) "

"Rigtig fint guesthouse.

"I didn’t stay there it’s not the same on the pictures"

"The pictures they advertise are not at all the property. Broken windows , broken terrace , no island view, no lock on balcony door in room , no drinks,no food besides breakfast that is eggs , chicken hot dog and bread . The food menu they give you and then tell you they don’t have it . They advertise free shuttle but then ask you to pay for it and taxes each night on arrival . Then they asked again on departure and finally did take me to airport free after a struggle with management . The roof...

"Worst stay ever. Just an empty room. No towels (all the dirty ones were laying in a big pile. Bathroom smelled moldy. Manager tried to move me to a smaller room upon arrival and wanted me to pay full price, even though amount was paid to hotels.com upon booking. All guests kept complaining. No cleaning, doors could not lock, key cards was not working etc. WiFi was so slow and kept disconnecting you. I really cannot emphasize how bad this is. Pay a little extra and choose an accomodation which...

"Nice view of the ocean"

"All staff from Kaani Palm Beach was very kind and helpful. Magic was magical helping me book tours. My room view was excellent and quiet. I highly recommend this property."

"Put in a different hotel. Worried about cleanliness of linen, used my own shirt over the pillow. Stayed only one night. Was worried about safety. "

"Room was very clean and Ari and Atik were amazing. They were always smiling and worked very hard to make our stay enjoyable. Atik’s breakfasts were great he is a good cook."

"When I arrived at the property. The television was broken. I was not informed that it was broken before my arrival nornwas I informed the sla was under maintenance. After informing the manager she said there was nothing she can do about the broken TV. She informed her boss and he even said there was nothing they can do. I feel like the hotel should have given us a percentage off of what I paid becuase we had amenities that were not working. Normally I would not watch TV but due to bad weather I...

"Vandhanen duede ikke og der var skimmelsvamp flere steder på værelset. Personalet var under alt kritik og der blev ikke gjort rent på værelset selvom vi bad om det. De opkrævede ekstra penge for at være to personer, hvilket vi ikke var blevet informeret om."
