"Of all the rentals I’ve ever stayed in this is easily the best. Jay and Chris are wonderful hosts and their communication was amazing throughout and even afterwards. I felt instantly at home as soon as we walked in and the personal details really resonated with me. You will have ample options no matter what your interests and you’ll feel like you’re in a world all your own. I can’t wait to go back."

"Great location in Morrisville - allowed easy access to Hardwick (for dinner at Cork and Fork - excellent), Stowe (for skiing), and Waterbury (also for skiing at Bolton).We stayed in winter, so campground is closed - we had the place to ourselves and could walk the dog down along the river - very peaceful."

"Exactly as described. Fire pit area back by the babbling creek was fabulous. Best ambience you could ask for. Beautiful little patch of property. We drove 10 minutes to a trail for hiking which was also really nice. Because it is a small, rustic cabin it’s a little tight on space to spread out suitcases if you ’ve got a lot of stuff, but that was not a surprise. We booked very last minute and were glad to get in. The outdoor space is the best."

"The descriptions and images are accurate but make the place seem a bit nicer than it is. It's clean and the staff are helpful and nice. The set up is minimal and did not include several basics. For example, no dish soap or sponge despite only having 2 drinking glasses and 2 coffee mugs. The driveway is sand but there's no door mat so we had to sweep every day. The area is OK. We had some trouble finding restaurants (other than pizza and bars) that were open in the off season. There is a clear...
