"Everything was very clean. The kitchen was spotless, not only that, there was a supply of tea, coffee, sugar and Creamer. In the fridge there were 2 designated shelfs for each room. "The room itself was clean, functional with enough space and good facilities. However we didn't realize the property was a converted house (and our room was upstairs). This didn't jive with the pictures of the chalet bungalows we had seen on the website. Perhaps we didn't pay enough attention when booking, but we felt rather misled by the lovely pictures of the converted back garden and chalet rooms. "It's a unique property as it's a historic building, walking distance to Osborne House. Staff couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. The restaurant serves excellent food and the breakfast room and lounge are cosy. Our bedroom was large , comfortable and clean. Highly recommend it."
