"We really loved staying at this house. It’s in the perfect location, stepping out straight into the woods. We spotted 4 deer at sunset on one day, and came across many of the wild horses that roam around in the area. Several great walks in nearby woods too. We recommend visiting the Raptor Centre nearby too. The house was perfect for us. Everything you could need. It was clean & tidy. We really appreciated the bottle of Prosecco & a lovely chocolate cake! Anne greeted us and came to say goodbye...

"We (a family of four) spent a fantastic holiday in this charming cottage, and it was everything we hoped for. Both the cottage itself and the garden were ideal, with all the amenities we needed for a most enjoyable stay. The location was ideal for exploring nearby trails and the local pub! Overall, it was a great experience, and we would certainly return!"

"Great little house, been nicely put together, has all you need. Thoughtful owner, good speedy communications. Perfectly clean on arrival. Location is great, 10 mins walk through a park to the beach, loads of restaurants, shops and cafes round the corner. Already booked our next visit! (We were a couple with a 10 year old)."

"Good communication in advance of arrival, though more clarity on parking may have helped. Unit next to ours had a very loud barking dog which woke us up on a Sunday at 7am unfortunately… and triggered our dog to bark. The walls are quite thin for noise to travel in/out. Aside from that, it was a really great studio with all one would need! It is on a working farm but whilst that means potential activity outside the door, it also means great green-space and farm animals to enjoy as well!!"

"Very clean, beds extremely comfortable, very quirky and different, always wanted to stay in a converted chaple ! Delightful little garden. Owner very helpful. Unfortunately we all came down with a very nasty cold but enjoyed it nonetheless. Would def return."
