"Flot strand men hotellet og service er ikke på toppen. Hotellet trænger til modernisering Aircondition larmer. Vi tog hjem en dag før. "

"We booked a quad room for an overnight stay.. The price is really low and wasnt expecting big but didnt expect that the room was a bit untidy.. Bathroom was terrible.. Shower/Bidet was not working, Water was not strong enough, The smell (Imburnal) and cleanliness.. Clean towels were not provided.. Blankets was too short for 1 person.. Free breakfast was ok.. but we were not informed that they will bang at your door at 6am.. Only thing I liked here is the proximity to other restaurants...

"Väldigt bra service. Personalen är snälla och hjälpsamma. Frukostbuffén var bra och mycket att välja på, hade dock uppskattat också om det var mer frukt som serverades, som man kunde välja. Det var väldigt mysigt att promenera runt och inte alls långt till stranden. Jag blev uppgraderad för inte alls så mycket pengar, rummet var så stort och öppet. Den hade mycket fin utsikt och stor balkong var man kan njuta av utsikten."

Room was fine but a bit small Nice pools Okay food Staff could improve kindness and service skills - example, when we arrived they didn’t really welcome us, and people (not dressed like the staff) was talking to the staff in Filipino, and the staff answered even they were in the middle of checking us in. We had the feeling that they maybe talked about us. "

"Great hotel, pool, service and facilities for a short stay. Close to the airport and great for relaxing, visiting Puerto Princessa or a trip to the underground river. Only thing missing is the beach. :-)"

"2 time on this Hotel last time was back in 2018, this time we was staying there for 6 nights and again we have to say best Hotel in the area from start to end staff was fantastic nice rooms, and a great pool also it is very close to the city 5 min away and if you are like us there do not want to live in the middel of the the city this is perfect. We only have one thing we would ask for in the furture plz plz plz put pancakes back on the breakfast menu 😊. Thanks for a great stay and we be back...

"This is an inexpensive hotel so amenities are limited but you do get what you paid for. The staff is very nice, they have a limited food menu but the items are well prepared. The view from the outside dining area is very nice. The rooms are basic but good, bed is comfortable, AC works very well, CR shower is comfortable, water is hot. One problem is the wifi is very weak in the room, but it is strong in the dinning area."

"This place is great however overpriced and not a lot of options for excursions. The food options were limited and they seemed to be out of everything, so it was slim pickings when it came to meals in a remote location. The mountain rooms suck, you can see right in them and so you have to keep the curtains drawn, which really doesn't matter as the view is horrible. "

"Forfærdeligt ophold. Der er intet i San Rafael udover hotellet! Det er waste of time at booke overnatning der! Udover det så fik vi også lige bedbugs oveni! Og vi var ikke de eneste der blev ædt op af bedbugs på hotellet! Simpelthen så klamt!"

"Our stay at Pangulasian was fantastic. The staff were really attentive, helpful and went above and beyond. From willingness to change the food menu, having a super late spa experience so we could fit it in to seeing someone struggling with snorkelling on an excursion and providing assistance so they could see all a turtle. The private island experience was amazinG, I couldn’t recommend it more!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at La Chevrerie! The owner met us at the gate even though we checked in super late and she was so kind and gracious. The staff was amazing the few days we were there- just so helpful and accommodating. We snorkeled from the resort and saw lots of coral, fish, and a turtle! We ate multiple great meals at the resort. The food was delicious. We also found an awesome Italian restaurant walking distance from the resort. I got a massage in the spa and we were able to make...
