In the heart of our picturesque old town, Ville Haute, this professionally managed two-bedroom apartment offers a delightful stay for vacation, business, or a weekend getaway. Close to Place Guillaume II, it offers easy access to the city's main attractions.
Within walking distance, you will find Hamilius, the oldest town centre, along with various public transport facilities. The apartment features a private balcony and parking and offers contactless check-in for added convenience.

The Space:
The main spaces of this 91 sqm two-bedroom:
- A spacious, cheerful, bright living area with a comfy sofa and Smart TV for downtime moments. The apartment has everything you’d need in one great space for up to 4 people.
- There’s a private balcony with seating to breathe fresh air with your morning coffee or have an afternoon break.
- There’s a well-equipped kitchen with appliances like a refrigerator, an electric oven, a stove, a coffee maker, cookware, and utensils for preparing simple meals at home.
- The bedroom features a plush & comfortable queen bed with a modern bathroom with a well-lit vanity & a stand-in shower.
- Private washing machine in the apartment for convenience.
- Free & paid parking space in and around the building.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment during your stay. As soon as you complete your booking, we will send you detailed instructions for your access. The instructions will provide all local features, parking possibilities, the best recommendation regarding places to see and visit Luxembourg, and access to the building and find your apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy international cuisines, sightseeing, shopping, and outdoor activities during your stay, all accessible by public and private transport facilities available in and around your vicinity.
Place des Martyrs, Luxembourg, Galerie d'Art Contemporain Am Tunnel, Place de la Constitution, Musée de la Banque, Plateau Bourbon, Adolphe Bridge, Monument of Remembrance all are at walking distance of 5-20 min.

Getting Around:
The apartment is 10 minutes from the main train/bus station in Luxembourg, Gare Centrale.
The apartment can be reached via local cab from Luxembourg Airport in approx 15 - 20 min.

There are other means of transportation like the bus, tram, and Webtaxi, or you can pre-arrange your airport transfer by Towncar. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!

We’re excited to have you staying with us and want to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our apartment is thoughtfully equipped for your stay—Smart TV, bed linens, and bath towels are all provided at no extra cost. We also welcome long-term stays, making it an ideal home base for remote workers and business travelers. To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:

1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.

2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.

3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.

4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.

5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.

6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.

7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.

8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.

9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.

10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.

11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.

12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.

13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:

The noise just outside the windows was very unreasonable; drunk people and cars honking until 2am every night for the 3 nights we were there. Also on this location, it's advertised as in the Historic Ville Haute, but it was not convenient to reach the city sights. Must bring your own shampoo and toiletries, as they only provided a single use packet. Overall we were pretty disappointed with this place, especially since we had originally booked an apartment with 2 bathrooms for 4 adults, and this place only had 1.5 (the half bath had a micro sink and not really able to use for brushing teeth or do anything but carefully wash hands).

Great Location

The unit was perfect for us! We chose this unit to be close to family wedding events. It was clean and has great views. The underground parking was a plus, but the vehicle elevator was confusing. The staff at ARCA Mgmt was responsive and worked to resolve small issues. This location is one block from the Tram stop, a short walk to many shops and restaurants but in the Financial District so quiet in the evenings. We would stay here again.

Good location, near public transport. The property managers were very responsive. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Across from a very nice park as well.
