"Delightful staff: I was early for check in but the receptionist (Jay) told me I could wait in the snack bar. 10 minutes later he took me to my room. It was spacious, well equiped and quiet. The hotel is down a small street so although it's almost in the heart of Ximen, it has none of the noise. I'm going back to Taipei in a few days and staying there again"

"Located within walking distance of Ximen station and main Ximending area. Plenty of dining and shopping options all nearby. Contactless check-in was straight forward. Room was clean and A/C worked great. No complaints, especially for the price."

"I want to mention the way-above professional standard Staff. My Aunt is 86 and getting a little forgetful. She left a jade pendant in the room - probably of some monetary value - that her husband bought her the first time they came to China 40 years ago. The Hotel staff contacted us with a picture, arranged for a pick up, and my Aunt is so happy! Above & beyond any reasonable expectation!!! "

"The location is close to ximen station and ximending night market and ximending walking district. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. There was a lift to get to upper floor. The room was old but very clean. The air-conditioned worked very well. The bathroom was quite big and had a high-tech toilet. The breakfast buffet was ok and needed more choices. "
