"Delightful staff: I was early for check in but the receptionist (Jay) told me I could wait in the snack bar. 10 minutes later he took me to my room. It was spacious, well equiped and quiet. The hotel is down a small street so although it's almost in the heart of Ximen, it has none of the noise. I'm going back to Taipei in a few days and staying there again"

"Conveniently located within walking distance to lots of local food options and foot massage places. Best part of hotel was the counter in reception that offered free amenities like drinks, snacks and cup noodles. Late at night they sometimes have small sandwiches in the fridge all individually wrapped. Room was adequate but had a weird bathroom with full floor to ceiling glass walls. You had a big step up every time you entered the bathroom which was a little unsafe especially in the middle of...

"Located within walking distance of Ximen station and main Ximending area. Plenty of dining and shopping options all nearby. Contactless check-in was straight forward. Room was clean and A/C worked great. No complaints, especially for the price."

She left a jade pendant in the room - probably of some monetary value - that her husband bought her the first time they came to China 40 years ago. The Hotel staff contacted us with a picture, arranged for a pick up, and my Aunt is so happy! Above & beyond any reasonable expectation!!! "

"The location is close to ximen station and ximending night market and ximending walking district. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. There was a lift to get to upper floor. The room was old but very clean. The air-conditioned worked very well. The bathroom was quite big and had a high-tech toilet. The breakfast buffet was ok and needed more choices. "
