"Although this isn’t an hotel with an hotel lobby, we didn’t lack of anything. Host Luca is a very friendly and he is so helpful. Clear instructions and many tips for Garbatella and surroundings. Halfway our stay, he checked in with us, if we were happy and needed anything. The room was very clean and modern and had all that we needed. The shared kitchen also was complete with everything you could need. Metro and busstop within minutes of walking (Colosseo 3 stops away). Supermarket and best...

"The room was clean and well designed. I loved the balcony! We had a little trouble with the elevator but it was no problem as it was during business hours."

"Very nice hotel and friendly staff. It was clean ane comfortable. It was so easy to go the center of Rome by bus"

"Tudo muito perfeito!"

"Liked how transit was close by. Amenities were as advertised. Although internet did not work properly until I myself discovered it was disconnected. AC was not working properly and did not seem like they were interested in trying to fix in person. They tried to troubleshoot with me remotely without success. Lucky we did not really need it. Did not like that subway was literally outside the front door. Trains going by all hours of the day, every 5-10 min, with only a small break between the...

"Great place to stay with air conditioning in Rome! The apartment is 15 minutes from the metro station and a few minutes from bus stops. Highly recommend this apartment to explore Rome"

"Gute Lage. Vernachlässigte Einrichtung (Klodeckel & Spiegel kaputt, Kratzer an Wänden, Löcher in Handtüchern, Flecken auf Bettwäsche), sehr unfreundlicher Kontakt mit der Besitzerin (?) Barbara wenn man was braucht.

"Ligger i en lille parklignende have."
