"We couldn’t ask for a better hotel experience. Actually it’s hard to call Casa Polanco a hotel; it’s more like a charming Hacienda. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you are staying with close friends or family. Charming staff, excellent breakfast and lunch items, and an excellent array of beverages, including liquor, beer, and wine, all at no additional charge. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and clean. We will definitely return to Casa Polanco on our next trip to Mexico City."

Highlights include great bathroom, AC, nice windows and balcony, Nespresso machine and multiple secured passcode door locks. The owner is nice and friendly. He recommended a list of tacos and cafe. "Great location in the Condensa neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and cafes. The apartment is very well furnished and has a full kitchen, washer/dryer and is very spacious. There is a security guard and gate which makes it feel very safe. The staff were also very friendly and helpful."

"The room is like an apartment with a open concept dining room, living room, kitchenette. Bedroom has plenty of storage space and an inviting patio. Mattress wasn’t the most comfortable but everything else made up for it especially the price. Great area to walk any time of day. "
