For entertainment, a flat-screen TV with satellite reception, a hi-fi system, a Blu-ray player, and free Wi-Fi are available. A bioethanol fireplace provides cozy warmth and a comfortable atmosphere even on cooler days.

The open kitchen with a freestanding kitchen island leaves nothing to be desired. For your convenience, two reserved parking spaces are available in the parking garage (maximum clearance height 2.10 m), and there are also designated parking areas for bicycles. You’ll find public electric car charging stations at the nearby SlowDown; E-bikes can be charged at Priwilly.
