The high-quality living area features two comfortable sofas (one with a sleeper function) and a flat-screen TV. In the evening, the bioethanol fireplace creates a particularly warm and cozy atmosphere. The sleeper sofa can be converted into two comfortable sleeping spots if needed. Through the large windows, you’ll enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the marina.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and features a four-burner stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and Nespresso machine. Of course, plenty of dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils are also provided, so you can easily prepare your own meals during your stay.

The separate bedrooms feature comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Each bedroom is equipped with a satellite TV.

Your private wellness area in the bathroom ensures special moments of relaxation: a sauna, a steam room with an integrated double rain shower, and a whirlpool invite you to unwind.
