"Don't judge a book by its cover. The building' look from outside isn't too convincing. By the time we entered the front desk, the smellbwas clean and fresh. The frontdesk staff is polite. The room we stayed was clean, including everything in it (beds,carpet, floor, bathroom, refridge, etc). AC is working well. Breakfast: fresh banana n oranges, coffee, juice, cereal, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, and waffle. The hotel is easily to access from main road. It's only 4 mins away to the AT&T Stadium...

"There were ice machines on every floor however, none of them worked. There were no signs on the machines indicating they were out-of-order. When we checked in we were not informed about this. We had to get ice at the bar. The paint around doors was chipped. The bar and restaurant decor was outdated. The managers reception was a nice touch. Overall, the hotel was a good value for the price."

"Staff was fine. Room was dirty. Bed was thankfully ok. Towels had holes. Shower had hair. Hot tub was sketchy. Pool was ok. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for something nicer. We were just there for the night so didn’t feel like dealing with the hassle of complaining and trying to get another room. "

"Located in an industrial part of the city of Lubbock, the property seemed very safe, particularly given that there was no foot traffic nearby and nothing commercial within a mile. The rooms are spartan, but the bed was incredibly comfortable. This is a great cost-saving overnight stay motel."

"Arriving,staff was very helpful,respectful,the area and room was very well maintained. Breakfast was on point with all serving pans and containers of food holders were clean as well. Was not able to use pool area but did go look and It was well stocked and pool was very well light and clear if debrie. Came home and sent family info for there next stay at this location."

"The morning staff did not know what was going and and rude while the evening staff specifically a woman name Elizabeth was very helpful and kind but soon to find out they had fired her the next day they basically over charged me for a room I already purchased "

"Clean rooms and the rooms are a good size! We had 3 adults and 2 small kids. Staff was also awsome. You can get to some olaces nearby fairly easy to eat at as well"

"To keep it short and simple, this place is absolutely awful. Our room was filthy, with hair and crumbs everywhere. Our bed has BED BUGS and my kids and I got bit multiple times. The property is outdated and lacking extreme maintenance. Do not, under any circumstance stay here. Not sure why it has any good reviews. Still waiting to hear from property manager for refund. I am so unbelievably disgusted and frustrated. I have spent 3 days cleaning and disinfecting our belongings, hoping we didn’t...
