"This place is just FUN! The decor and vibe are just right for the neighborhood and made our visit to tour Northwestern University completely delightful. It is super close to downtown and also just a short (less than 5 minutes) walk to Northwestern. The staff are wonderful and the property is historically beautiful.
NOT handicapped accessible: lots of weird steps up/steps down in lobby, SMALL elevator (seems like it might have been the dumb waiter in a former life). Clean rooms and common areas,...

"Fantastisk beliggenhed og dejligt hotel. Brug eventuelt parkeringshus på Church Street (ved Wholefoods - 300 meter væk) til under halvdelen af hvad det koster at bruge parkering på hotellet. Gode værelser. På tredjedag og frem blev house cleaning ikke gjort så grundigt."

Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with serveral things about our stay.
1. Lack of cleanliness in the room, we found pills, plastic waste from candy bar, old used contact lenses. As we had a toddler running around and investigating every inch of the room, this could have resulted in fatal consequences!
2. It was very noisy! we had some kind of generator outside our windows, which was running all night...
