Hotel i Lowrys, Chester

"Breakfast was good. Had a lot of water problems!!! Sunday morning at 8:15 worker's started hammering on walls to fixed water problems."

"Staff was helpful. Pool was dirty and although closed was unsightly leaving a poor impression."

Left hair bands on the floor, which indicated not vacuumed well. Ants around the TV and AC. The bed squeaked like an old spring mattress, but was comfortable. The room was ok, but for the price it didn't meet the standards"

"Horrible! Asked for creamer. None. Use milk.none. biscuits crumbled trying to pick them up. Sausage gravy dried to bottom of vat. Eggs in fridge. Heat them yourself. Started at 6am. Got there at 6:12. This was breakfast smh"

"When I got to the hotel, I was greeted by two desk staff members. I don’t remember the girls name but she was younger and super sweet. Once I arrived to the room, I opened the door and was greeted by a strong smell of mildew and it was a bit musty. I went straight back downstairs and asked for my room to be changed. Which was denied. The owners (I assume it was them. Husband and wife) were sitting on one of the couches and said they would clean again. I explained that I wanted another room and...

"There was a lot to like about this hotel. The attached restaurant with a patio, excellent gym, park within walking distance to walk or run outside, breakfast was decent and the staff were very helpful/kind/ professional. The only downside was the highway noise but this did not affect our visit."

"This hotel was very rundown - holes in walls, paint scraped off, deadbolt didn't work, bedding was dirty and mismatched. I never give bad reviews, but this was horrible. The front desk people, however, were very nice. "

"My only concern was the shower area was not all clean. There are marks in that area which appears to be oil and dirt film that was never cleaned effectively. The staff were very nice. I love the extra towel bin in the hall next to the elevator. The breakfast was hot and the area was cleaned and stocked. I would stay here again. "
