"It is frustrating when hotels start giving you an inferior room than you have booked. We had booked a room with a seaview, but this was not the one this hotel tried pass on to us. This is unfortunately a classic event when we book through Hotels.com. Also the aircons in our rooms were extremely loud, and could not be turned off."

"Rimeligt godt til prisen men installationer der skal repareres tager lang tid at få udført eller glemmes helt Godt udeareal med pool og adgang til lille lækkee strand"

"Sonesta was alright as a whole. The good things about this resort is the facilities and the options and selections of restaurants, drinks etc. The bad things about the place is definitely the service. I have rarely experienced such bad service on a holiday. The service (or lack thereof) was mainly an issue in the restaurants, where the staff was rude. I even had a waiter rolling her eyes because I asked for a baby chair. "

"En elendig morgenmad buffet. "

"I stayed here for about a week and had a wonderful stay. The apartment has a full kitchen, nicely sized bathroom, and lovely balcony, plus it is spacious despite being a studio apartment. The apartment is located in a building complex that is quiet and conveniently located near a couple small groceries, bars/restaurants, bakeries, etc. It's also located a 5 min drive from Mullet Bay Beach, which is stunning. Highly recommend this place for its excellent value, location and laid back vibe."

"Location, locatioñ, location.Very, very, good."

"The rooms are large and the main area is adequate for 6 guests. The overall security to the building is excellent. Parking was easy as we rented a car. The area is close to Cupecoy and Mullet Beachs. You could walk to either in minutes. A casino and market are also in walking distance. There is a small, pleasant water view. Coffee and tea are provided enough for a few days but bring your own (Nespresso Vertuo). The washer had a weak flow of water. I had to add pitchers of water to do one load....

"A little complicate for the checkin but not owner fault.. it is a big complex and the security office are a little compliquer.. Beach and poolis beautiful.. Definitely suggest renting a car as all the attractions and immunity are a small hike away"

"Picturesque and breathtaking ocean views! With soothing sounds of the sea and spectacular sunsets. Walking distance to beaches and scenic views of airplanes landing. The condo was perfect for relaxation! "

"Very nice studio, has all the requirements for a pleasant stay. View of SXM landing strip was a plus for me. Just a suggestion, change the mattress . Billie was attentive and provided detailed information."

"This was our 3. stay and it has totally CHANGED. We got a room smelling so bad of smoking and no excuse. The location is FANTASTIC by the beach and the smiling girl at the restaurant at night are wonderful. But the staff manager she is full of stories. We bought friends from Europe this time and they were treated so bad-like running after them at the beach with the bill for drinks they already had payed to another waiter. We paid a bill and and then they charged the same bill with our friends...

"I had a pleasant stay at Oyster Bay. The rooms are very spacious, clean and offer a comfortable time-share style experience, with nice views overlooking the pond. The resort overall is well maintained, and housekeeping stood out for being consider y polite and friendly. The pool area is a highlight—calm, relaxing and a great place to unwind. The drinks were very good, and a special mention to Gregory at the bar, who was kind, helpful, and added to the overall experience. While the bar food was...
