"The house was nicely updated. Plenty of space. Beds were comfy. Four porches to enjoy the views. Pool was small but the kids loved it. Didnt see any other villa with this amenity. There was a lot of boat traffic in and out of the marina. Could be annoying if you dont enjoy the music they might be playing. The bridge from Rt 1 is also able to be heard if outside but other than that it was pretty peaceful. "

"Our family of eleven vacationed together to help celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The house was very well equipped with all of our needs.The upstairs toilets both had some issues with running until we jiggled the handles. Also the hand towel holder needs to be repaired, as it was broken upon arrival. Also a rocking chair on the back porch broke while my husband was sitting in it, but he fixed it with some tools he found in the closet. The kitchen, living room seating, and all bedrooms...

"This was my family’s third stay at this house, and it was great once again. The house and beach/dock are beautiful and functional.Jay, the manager, doesn’t hover, which is nice, and he is always timely and responsive. He has always informed us in advance if someone will be on the property to do a task. We appreciate that. The weather was lovely and the shark fishing at night was great. Lots of snapper and other fish, too. And a manatee came right up to the dock. The vacation went way too fast....

"The home is in a wonderful location on a private street. The view of the gulf is amazing. The outside area is private and a nice size. The home is clean and well maintained - very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, outside grill in good condition and screened in porch was nice to have as bugs can definitely be a issue in the Keys.
