"Our room was spacious and clean. Our oven wasn’t working, and we weren’t notified in advance. We stayed in building E and there was a lot of sargassum in that area of resort. A crew attempted to clean up the sargassum each day, but some days it was so thick that the crew couldn’t make much progress. The sargassum has a terrible odor and you can smell it as soon as you step outside."

"The Buoy Haus is a beautiful place to relax. And also with full access at the Westin you get the best of both worlds. Tranquil and serene with great rooms, pools, bars and fun. Beautiful resort close enough to anything in a taxi. Only note…breakfast and lunch are great but skip the Isla restaurant upstairs and go to Oceana or SeaSalt for dunner. The only downside. The staff are super friendly and helpful!"

"This villa is in an excellent location, few minute walk to the old town and restaurants, grocery store, etc. Given the challenges finding parking downtown on St. John, that was a huge plus. A few minute walk down to the market as well. My wife loves that our unit is very clean and quality furniture including bed and linens. "Beautiful spot right on the beach! All rooms have an ocean view and you can hear the waves at night. Water sports available on the beach. Kids loved taking the water taxi to Lime Out for a unique taco dining experience. It gets very loud on the weekends with multiple places blaring loud music all day. Not convenient located-you need a taxi to go anywhere, including the store for any snacks or essentials. The on-site restaurant has a limited menu and service is insanely slow, so prepare yourself...

"This was a wonderful property! It is definitely an older hotel- but that is the charm! The new owners are clearly taking loving care of it. In that district, everything is older, and it is very well maintained and clean. It is in a PERFECT location to talk to some great places to eat, shop, or get coffee. They helped us by holding our bags since we arrived early, getting our room ready ASAP, and calling a cab when it was time to go to the airport. It was just a wonderful experience and we would...

"Et dejligt og hyggeligt mindre hotel, fine områder, pæne og rene værelser og god service. Ulemper er at morgenmad bliver serveret i en picknic kurv udenfor værelset og består af en bagel, en kop kaffe, lidt smørost, en yoghurt og lidt frugt …. Hver eneste dag! Derudover er hotellet halv oppe af en stejl bakke/bjerg og meget besværligt at gå dertil. Når du så kommer på hotellet er der trapper overalt da hotellet er opdelt i flere niveauer og er overhovedet ikke egnet til gangbesværet mennesker....
