"The place was exactly as listed. We thoroughly enjoyed the 5 nights we spent there. Its a very nice quiet, secluded spot with great views from every room. Clean, quiet, comfortable and is a secure area. The host was very responsive to our needs, even extending an extra day was not an issue. Highly recommend. If we get the chance to come back, this would be our go-to place. "

"We only planned for one night and were disappointed that there was no coffee or shampoo. Internet instructions said that the information was on the cable box, but I didn’t find it there. The check in instructions showed have internet specifics written on it for convenience "

"The condo was the perfect size for my spouse & I. When we arrived it was easy to get in, clean and well maintained. The drunk octopus’s made me laugh. Sapphire Beach is beautiful and very walkable from the condo, but we are older, so the hills to get to the beach were too challenging for us to walk. Good thing we rented a car. The host was very welcoming & communication was excellent. "

"We had to get on a boat for a week from Red Hook so stayed here for the night before. SUPER CLOSE LOCATION was PERFECT! Clean place, great for 2 couples. Stairs up 3 flights no problem, just don't have a ton of luggage. Everything worked great for us!"

"Had everything we needed, nice layout, loved the balcony! Could use some new rugs though. Decor was nice and beachy. LOVED the pool! Ate at Sudi's a few times; very good! Very nice location, short walk to Saphire beach, restaurants. Other than a few pesky bugs, pretty nice place."

"Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and Billy was great, but we were unimpressed with several parts of the unit and a big inconsistency with the listing. The biggest issue for us was that there was not in fact a “sofa bed” or a “double futon” in the unit as the verbiage in the listing stated in a couple different places, but instead a queen size air mattress in the top of the bedroom closet that we had to blow up and deflate daily for my daughter to use.
