"The property was amazing! Lots of space and very clean! Loved our stay!"

"Great house"

"The house was very clean. Had a wonderful selection of teas. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay at this location again."

"The property was nice and the inside was really clean and presentable. We really enjoyed the room. Super cute on the inside with many small touches that made you feel welcomed. Playground on site for the kids to play on. Theres was only really one issue that we had. The property is labeled, "peaceful pond stay." The pond was there as advertised right out front but the peace was missing. The property sits right next to I-49. Literally maybe 100 feet from the interstate. All night we could hear...

"Beautiful sunrises and sunsets highlighted by expansive vistas of the surrounding countryside made this property a pleasure within which to share precious family time. The fishing is pretty good too!"

"First time in a barndominium and it was very nice. Comfortable beds, nice shower and very quiet area."

"It seems like a good place overall but had some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Specifically the trash was in front of the house and was very full and stinky the entire visit. The bathroom drain wasn’t working well and needs snaking. Most of all, the lower level bed had a broken frame and slats and the members our party had to sleep in a terrible bed that was beyond sagging. Needed to be replaced. It was unacceptable really. On the plus side, we appreciated that we didn’t need to...

"The back yard needed to be mowed, the kitchen smelled like sea food or fried fish, the restroom in the hall by all of the bedrooms smelled like cat urine, and only 1 of the 3 televisions worked in the home. The back deck the wood is cracked and looks like a safety hazard, had so much over growth you could barely make it down the decks steps to the overgrown backyard. I messaged the host about the televisions not working and the cat urine smell and only got back what seemed like automated...

"Very nice space!"

"This townhome was great for our family as we explored Overland Park. Nice walking path nearby too. Would recommend again."

"Very clean, spacious for our family of 7. Don was very easy to communicate with!"

"Communication was great. The place was perfect for our short stay. The town was nice as well."

"Great place to stay! Safe, quiet neighborhood. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into every detail."

"We hosted a fam get together for my husband’s birthday. Loved the space and all the amenities! Will definitely come back!"

"Great place to stay"

"Very nice property, so much better than a hotel we will definitely use again on our next vacation to see the in-laws."

"The property is meticulous. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Well appointed kitchen with very nice amenities. The shower is amazing with excellent water pressure and big fluffy towels. Water front is lovely. It is much nicer than the listed pictures on VRBO. We commuted back and forth to Lawrence each day and it is a beautiful drive, within about 1/2 hour. Resulted in a quiet retreat instead of plain motel. Next time I would pack golf clubs as there is a nice course within a few blocks. I...
