"Really great location just off Rt 1 & super close to Rt 27 that brings you down to BoothBay. Double level buildings so you may hear feet on floor above yours if they walk loudly. Simple continental breakfast was included in our booking. Non carpeted flooring which I LOVE! sink and mirror were outside of toilet and shower closet area. Very clean and tidy building and grounds. Would definitely stay again and recommend."

"Beautiful place to stay with spectacular views. We stayed in a dog friendly cabin and loved walking the trails. Heated pool was very enjoyable. Great food and bar with a very friendly and helpful staff. Lot’s of things to do with the available boats, paddle boards and games. Trolley to the downtown was fun to use. Hope to return next year."

"This property is fabulous and it's on top of a little hill which overlooks BoothBay. Totally renovated. Super cute inside. Has a small living room with a small bar for Happy Hour . Website said breakfast included. Well, I just the a continental...nope...they had a chef which cooked ills a fabulous breakfast. Award winning!
