"We really enjoyed our stay at Amarena Canvas. The luxury tents were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. It was a unique experience that combined the feeling of being close to nature with the comfort of a high-end hotel. The location by Playa Hermosa is great if you’re looking for a quieter area close to Jacó. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good. Overall, it was a relaxing and luxurious stay, and we would happily recommend Amarena...

"The private room was very clean and just big enough to stretch out. The air conditioning was very strong. Nikki, the receptionist on duty during our stay, was a wonderful help to us and devoted some of her own time helping us plan our time in Jaco. The pool is lovely, and the hostel owners make a wonderful Gallo Pinto for breakfast every morning."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, making it the perfect getaway!"

"Exc y hermoso lugar. Recomendado sin duda!"

"Our goal was to see wildlife, particularly birds at Macaw, we were not disappointed. "

"Everything was super nice and modern and the food was good"

"Lidt slidt, men hyggeligt. Fantastisk beliggenhed "

"Cleanliness and good location"

"Excelente como siempre"

"Stay ok. This hotel shows as a front picture, a picture with swimming pool that it is not even the one we can use. The one showing is in construction."

"El lugar es muy bonito y limpio. La piscina muy rica!"

"Five months later, and we are still waiting for the hotel to refund the double payment. Booked and paid via hotels.com - but upon arrival the hotel could not see this in their system and forced us to pay directly to them also. Did not have other options than doing this - but assumed they would refund once their error was clear. Many e-mails later and we are still waiting"
