Hoteller nær Los Rápidos de Bacalar

"5 starts all around the service, food and stay were all amazing!"

"Good"

"Cozy and nice place but the food at the restaurant is very poor! "

"While the price point is modest, the rooms are uncomfortably damp, which significantly affects the stay. Some effort has clearly gone into updating the décor, but this doesn’t compensate for the fact that the rooms are very small and feel poorly ventilated. Breakfast is extremely basic — about as minimal as it gets — and does not add any real value to the experience. This hotel may work as a cheap place to sleep if you spend all day out, but overall comfort is lacking. With better attention to...

"The staff at Blue Palm are the absolute best and help with excellent suggestions for tours, dining, you name it. They arranged a sailing tour for me on the lagoon which was the best tour I've ever enjoyed in Mexico. The owner, Juan, informed me about the best places to visit and background info and history about the Bacalar area and the new Train Maya. The garden and pool area is restful and beautiful. The gardeners are true artists. Speaking of art, the art and decor in the hotel are unique....

"I have stayed at Poza Clara Sanctuary several times, and it is the best small hotel in Bacalar. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast is delicious, substantial, with plenty of options. The garden and pool area is beautiful and relaxing. It is in walking distance to the lagoon and center of town. I highly recommend this charming little sanctuary, and I will certainly return."

"Super"

"Fantastisk beliggenhed.

"We really enjoy the stay. The rooms were beautiful and the staff really friendly. We only stayed one night, but wish we had planned for more days in Bacalar. If we come back we will use same hotel again. Only minus was that the air con in one of the rooms doesn’t worked. "
