"I will definitely come back to this hotel in my next trip to Las Terrenas. My only suggestion is to upgrade the main entrance's door, as it can be an inconvenient to keep calling with our cellphones every single time we need to enter or exit the facility. Just like the elevator, we should be able to use our room's key to come in.or step out. "

"The beach is awesome. Unfortunately, the price one pays is not reflected in the state of the rooms. Too many ruined down details and basic things missing that frankly makes you mad since they are really simple to repair. The staff is amazing but entangled trying to keep up with all the clients demands resulting from the lack of maintenance. It is a shame. This place used to be tops. Not anymore, and certainly not the “delux paradise “ they sell. Even the pool is missing tiles …"

"What a horrible experience. Other than the beautiful surroundings this could have turned out to be a nightmare. 1st, the listing provided an inaccurate address in the complete opposite end of the terrenas mountains that took us to the entrance of a private property. It was a hassle to climb up and a complete nightmare to drive down from. Once we were provided with the correct address, then we were told that the host was not expecting us, even when the host himself had already confirmed receipt...

"Staff was great and very nice. Very good people. However, the kitchen is full of roaches and there was no electricity in my bedroom. The owner seems to be very neglegent of this property and i wouldnt come here again even if i was paid to. Couldn’t even jump in the swimming pool without the roaches joining me. The infestation comes from the countertop in the kicthen where they breed and live."
