"Upon arrival, we were made aware that our rooms was ready and we could get into them, they did a decent job of checking us in. But, upon arriving in the room, it smelled of Mildew, and was not attractive. We quickly went back to the counter, and the found another room for us. Which is by far beyond the expectations in a summer period hotel in Spain. The rooms themselves showed a lot of wear and tear, and would benefit from an overhaul, as frames of the door was coming of, the WIFI didn’t work, the hotel was overall run down. The evening buffet was horrendous, we arrived and hour before close, and the staff started cleaning our tables and the tables around us for the following breakfast service as we were eating. The price for the buffet is extraordinary high compared to the quality, and the staff extraordinary busy with getting the guests out. "
