Extremely expensive parking option. Valet allowed us in and out but cost $75 a day. Parking at the hotels shouldn't be that pricey, specifically if you're paying them decent price for the stay.

We booked a room the night before our early flight to Cabo to spend our honeymoon. We mentioned we just got married 2days ago and off to our honeymoon in the morning. They gave us a free upgrade to executive Room. Thank you so much.

There was no water pressure. A shower took 30 minutes. the room was clean, the lobby areas had a damp smell and dirty restrooms off the lobby. No body asked if how my stay was or how I was doing. The room next to mine had a clogged sink and they needed to access my room in the middle of the night to repair it. The airport is right next to the hotel so it was noisy as expected. In the morning the elevator stops at every floor on the way down whether someone is there or not. I was late for my meeting on Saturday due to a slow shower and being woken up in the middle of the night.

We wanted to inform you that we tried contacting you and left a voicemail to follow up with you about your experience. We're pleased to say that the issue with the water pressure has now been resolved. Additionally, the condition of the lobby restrooms and the general upkeep are concerning, and this feedback has been taken seriously to address these areas promptly. The lack of engagement from our team regarding your stay and well-being does not meet the standards of hospitality we strive to uphold and we will be handling this with our team so this does not happen again. We also understand how disruptive it was to have maintenance issues from an adjacent room affect your rest, especially with the added challenge of airport noise. We are looking into the elevator issue to prevent future delays for our guests as well. We hope to have the opportunity to connect with you soon. We are eager to offer a more seamless and comfortable experience on your next visit, with improvements that reflect your feedback.

Google reviews have this as a 4 star hotel. The rooms were clean but i just dont see if being a 4 star hotel. Also, the water wasnt draining properly in the shower. It was a convenient location but i did not sleep well because you hear EVERYTHING.

The manager was very helpful (Michael) However, the early check-in charge of $40 is rediculous. It was the topic of conversation between myself and three additional guests. Definitely was a turn off

There needs to be more communication of what room is occupied. I payed extra for early check-in after my boyfriend and I had a long day of traveling. No one told the cleaning staff, nor is the staff very loud knocking on the door before entering a room. So I was scared out of my nap of exhausted day to of traveling.

Needs some serious updating. Carpets in halls are threadbare. Rooms, while clean, are very outdated and in need of a refresh.

It is an ok place to stay but the service was bad , did not clean my room for two day even I have called customer service asking to be cleaned but never did then I personally had to ask the housekeeper to clean my room

Road Construction going on, but other than that staff was absolutely amazing. Front desk, you did amazing handling a situation and I commend you. The only thing that killed the stay was somebody broke an entire bottle of perfume on the carpet and since I am prone to migraines that smell was so overpowering that I had a rough morning getting to the airport with a pounding headache.
