The first Bedroom has Queen size bed and the second Bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin bed and then we have two roll away beds(twin size) and Air Mattress on request and One couch in the living room. Please make sure to read here and see the bed configuration before booking

Our apartment is professionally cleaned and prepared to offer you a comfortable stay. We take pride in guest satisfaction and are always available to assist with any concerns.

The place was conveniently located, which was great. They have secured parking for 30 a day, which is a bit much but at least it’s offered.The place was kind of a dump and definitely not worth the money. Not a place I will ever stay out again. It was clean, smelt good, but the kids bedroom’s light wiring needs to be fixed. The lamp flickered constantly. There was no hot water for showers. Several of the blinds were missing from the windows. Before checkout, guest have to strip the beds and make sure everything is in a pile. Not sure why that’s not the cleaning crew job. We also placed all the garbage in the garbage can which is just normal for us.After leaving, we realize we left some souvenirs in the room. I messaged through the app and was told if I came back in an hour. I can get it and when asking if they could just hold it at the front desk because we are at Universal Studios and it would’ve taken us longer an hour to get to the car and back, I have never received another response. So we lost hundreds of dollars worth of souvenirs.I strongly do not recommend.

It was good because area was convenient for all we did. It could use some updates and cleaning. Maybe add tv’s to the bedrooms. The parking was very nice but at a cost of additional 30 a night. The view from the roof top was awesome.

Great Launching Location

We enjoyed this property a lot as a launching pad for our LA vacation. The property was clean and as pictured. It’s furnished minimally but works well for a group of 4. If you have more than that seating is an issue unless, like us, you have people who enjoy sitting on the ground. Would highly suggest paying for the parking garage. Management was easy to work with and helpful. We’d stay here again.

Convenient!

Stayed at this location to be close to Universal Studios and a few other destinations around LA. Was surprised to see that it’s close/walkable to Thai town, where we enjoyed several good meals. The apartment is clean and quiet. Communication with the property manager was good for check-in and check-out. We did have an issue with the garage fob not working during our stay and it was remedied with a new opener when we reached out.

Beautiful view, convenient location for our trip

The location was perfect for our visit - close to nearly everything we had planned to do - and the views both from the living room and the pool are indeed stunning. I had reached out before renting to confirm some amenities (e.g., the pool and access to parking) that were not in this unit's description. The photos we saw were not solely of this unit, I don't think - it was much more spartan in it's decor (only a sofa, no other "living room" seating). I got messages from the host (maybe more than one person based on the differences in responses) that made it seem like they didn't realize we'd already reserved and paid. Once we were there, I reached out early about not having hot water in the bathroom sink and missing blind slats in every room (which let in a lot of early morning light, making sleeping past 6:30 a trick); the water warmed up by our last night (we stayed 4 nights) but blinds were not fixed during our stay. There were several other small issues that didn't impair our stay at all (only 3 forks, a oven that hadn't been cleaned, a missing lamp switch) that will hopefully be taken care of before the next renters. If you plan to cook during your stay, be aware that there were no large bowls or a colander. Laundry requires adding a minimum of 10 to an app and runs about 3.75-4.25/load to wash and dry. Only dish and hand soap are provided with 2 rolls of tp.. No copy of rules provided, though we were told to abide by them. Also, there was no place to hang towels.
