"Loved the location - on a car free street. Luis was very helpful and friendly. Most of the time, the church bells sounded lije banging on a skillet, other times pretty loud. Still loved staying there. The balcony was perfect!"

"Rooms at Hacienda Suites Loreto are about what you’d expect from a 2-star hotel. Nothing fancy, but adequate. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are cleaned daily. Our room had no refrigerator, but more “delux” rooms did. We had to request our AC be re-programmed to cool lower than 78 degrees. Staff friendly, but some spoke little English.
