"Just returned from a week’s holiday with my husband. It’s the perfect location over looking the harbour & so close to restaurants & pubs. The house has the best of both worlds, with a sympathetic renovation, with all mod cons & spotlessly clean & Jonathan is the perfect host. The only thing I would say is there are a lot of dogs with visiting holiday makers & some aren’t so responsible with picking up after them, but that didn’t spoil my stay at the house & we will be returning. "Compact cottage in the perfect location in Looe. Well-appointed kitchen, everything you need and more, bijou sitting room on the 2nd floor, with a toilet and shower room off it. Great shower pressure. Bedroom on top floor has ample storage and large bed. Good communication from our host and the caretaker on arrival. Yards from the beach and 30 seconds from the centre of Looe. Perfect week for a couple."

"This small house has lovely views over Looe and is a good base for exploring the area. The house though wouldn’t suit everyone. Access to the house is via a steep narrow staircase. The main bed is comfortable. The bunk though would probably only suit children. Certainly it would not suit someone who is heavy or tall. The house is quite well kitted out but anyone staying for any length of time would likely need to buy things like shampoo and soap. All we got were three small sachets for three...

"The house is very near the harbour, which is good, but it’s a basement flat, so it’s pretty dark and you need the lights on all the time. Also, the ceilings are low and my 6ft tall husband kept forgetting and banging his head. You definitely need to book the luggage taxi as the designated car parking space is up a very steep, narrow hill. Well situated for walking the southwest coastal path."

"We stayed for a week in the holiday apartment to explore Cornwall. The flat is beneath the road from West Looe to Polperro. Besides the good location of the flat, its greatest benefit is the own parking space on a narrow road beneath the house. The steps from the parking space to the flat were no problem for us.
