"This boutique hotel was all I was hoping for. Its quaint, quirky and filled with charm. The owners really know their vision and made it happen. Super comfortable beds with fluffy pillows and heavenly comforters. Books everywhere. Location was perfect as its within walking distance to anything you need or want. Owners were very nice and helpful. They can get or find you whatever you need. Kcups and tea with sugar, and creamers are included. The little box of shampoo and soap and conditioners...

"Wonderful stay. Went there for a couple of days on quiet weekdays. Beautiful pool area. They serve a healthy breakfast with fresh fruits and also provide complimentary light social dinners consisting of fresh vegetables and soup during weekdays. Nice and clean. Beds could have been a little more comfortable and air conditioning is noisy but other than that I loved it there. "

"The Inn was clean and rooms and bathrooms were up to date. Beddings were comfortable and cozy. The property itself was lovely. Our room had a small deck off the back overlooking pretty gardens. It was very peaceful. Also a shout out to Nancy who took care of all our needs and Willie who was immediately attentive to a small TV glitch in the room and had it righted in no time! Also breakfast was excellent so Kudos to the cook and all staff."

"Clean room and pool. Staff was helpful and polite. Pool drain grate is sharp so be careful walking on it. Our daughter cut her foot on the shallow end grate. Otherwise we had an excellent stay. The breakfast had a wide selection of foods and something for everyone. The property is well kept and has several amenities for kids. We enjoyed our stayed. "

"The history & energy of the staff. The bedrooms were large and the bathrooms nicely equipped. The decor could be updated from the 1980s. Our love seat cushion was backwards- when I flipped it to fix it, it was ripped. Besides some updating, we enjoyed our space & the barn common space was fabulous! We enjoyed playing games by the fire. We also enjoyed Sunday Brunch -- our server LT, was lovely. "

"It was a little strange checking in to a hotel without contact with staff… but kinda nice! No lines, no waiting. Just use code to enter front doors and then straight up to the room! "

"We had a wonderful time staying in Holiday Inn in West Chester.Very clean and neat room/hotel,friendly front desk staff,very nice ,professional housekeeper lady ,very friendly hospitality,loved your breakfast/my son loved your pancakes .We loved going to your perfect size heated pool every evening.Excellent!!!"
