"The location was okay — about 30 minutes from LBI. The closest beach was unfortunately quite buggy and not very clean. The indoor space was very clean and well-kept, though the backyard setup felt a bit chaotic. Unfortunately, my husband got sick, and we had to leave a night early. I asked about a partial refund for the unused night, but the owner wasn’t able to offer one."

"We rented this property for the roof top hot tub. I specifically, asked the Host if the hot tub was up and running. He assured me that it was. The photo of the hot tub is obviously, when it was new. The cover was ripped, only one side of the tub had jets that were slightly functional. It smelled and had sand in the bottom. When I contacted the host regarding this, I was told their vacuum was broken and that they ordered a new one. They did send a staff member over to test the water and...

"We were very happy with the spaciousness of the home. We had 15 people and it didn't feel like it, Between the 5 bedrooms, game room and the huge outdoor area we had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. I gave the location 4 stars because we only wished it was closer to the beach. But for those who don't mind not being near the beach it's a nice, clean, quiet area.
