RELAXING & QUIET! Walk to Beach, Fenced in Yard, Updated, Clean, Pet Friendly

One small dog up to 20 lbs allowed but must be pre-approved before booking. $75 pet fee. We sometimes make exceptions to this policy. Message us with details about your situation to see if we will make an exception. No cats or any other kind of animal.

Welcome to the updated Magnolia Beach Escape just 1 block from the beach. My husband and I live nearby and personally manage this home. We make sure everything runs smoothly and that you have everything you need. This 1,100 square foot home has 3 bed and 2 baths and all NEW furnishings. The beds are very comfortable new 12" premium memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms. We use very soft 100% high thread count cotton sheets on all beds. This home is peaceful and quiet in a residential neighborhood. There is a small park just 2 lots down.

Brand new appliances throughout. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a complete meal. There is an Instant Pot, Crock Pot, blender, waffle maker, mixer, toaster, and more along with plenty of kitchen utensils and cooking knives. There are baking dishes, spices, measuring cups, and more. There is also a Keurig coffee maker and a traditional coffee maker. The dining room table seats 6 people.

The living room features a Roku TV, desk, sectional couch and recliner. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and a full en suite bathroom with tub and shower. There is also a second desk in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds.

The home has high speed WiFi connected to a mesh router to provide a strong WiFi signal throughout the house. The data speed varies from approximately 100 Mbps - 500 Mbps depending on your device's proximity to the router.

There is a Pack n' Play, high chair, wagon, beach chairs, and beach towels. There is also a propane grill.

The beach is just a quick 5 minute walk down the block. You can see the beach from the deck. There is a nice little neighborhood park 2 lots down with a paved walking trail, tall oak trees, and small playground.

The Escape is located in one of the most popular areas of the Mississippi Gulf Coast nestled in the community of Long Beach. Just a block from 26 miles of uncrowded, groomed white sand beaches for hours of enjoyment along the Gulf of Mexico.   The Escape is within walking distance of the quaint downtown of Long Beach and less than a block from a park with open space, play area, walking/jogging trail with views of the Gulf.    

There is a 3 vehicle maximum allowed and a trailer counts as 1 vehicle. No more than 3 vehicles are to parked at the house.

We had a great stay here. The house was very clean and well maintained. The mattresses, pillows, linens and towels were all high quality. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and appliances you might need. There’s really nothing lacking. It’s a great location, convenient to downtown Long Beach and within easy walking distance to the beach. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We hope to visit again some day!

This was probably the best vrbo property we have ever stayed at. It was very clean. It was so well stocked. I even used the crockpot while I was there. The bedrooms were comfortable. The yard was nice and fenced in. So many extras like towels, beach chairs, etc. We already loved Long Beach before coming, but we can’t wait to stay in this exact rental again.

The owners equipped this home with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. We could have literally walked out of our own home and into this onewithout making any trips to Ealmart for items we needed to set up a temote office, cook and play at the beach!

The house was perfect. Clean and cozy and so close to the beach. Restaurants and supermarkets were less than 10 minutes drive from the house We walked to the beach every day we were there. The beach is clean and quiet. We wished we had a stay longer! Definitely coming back!

The home was very clean, nicely furnished, and the beds were really comfortable. The linens and towels were provided and the kitchen was very well stocked. We really appreciated all of the extras like dish soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent, paper towels and so much more. The location was amazing being just a block from the beach or short walk to town to grab lunch. The property manager gave so much helpful info about the area and really provides a home that was way above and beyond our expectations. We loved our stay and would definitely book again.

We recently stayed at this property and found it to be a nice, comfortable choice for our vacation. The location is definitely a strong point, providing easy access to various local attractions and conveniences. The house comes well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which has a good range of utensils and appliances. This was quite handy for meals when we chose to dine in. The linens provided were very nice and made the beds very comfortable. Another plus was the yard, which was a nice feature for our small dogs. It provided a safe and enjoyable space for them, which we appreciated. Overall, the property met our needs and provided a pleasant base for our vacation activities.

We have stayed at many VRBO homes and this was one of the best stocked homes. We had everything we needed for our stay during a baseball tournament. Lori was so helpful with any questions we had. Beds are very comfortable in every room. Loved that there was a sectional sofa, we were all able to sit and spend time as a family watching tv and playing games.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed . So close to the beach . The neighborhood had a constant patrol which made me feel safe . I plan to rent this house again . This was the best vacation rental I’ve had yet and I use VRBO often . What a great time we had . I’m home now but I am so looking forward to my next trip.

This beautiful Gulf Coast home was perfect for a friends gathering. Lots of space for visiting as well a comfy space to rest at the end of the day of sight seeing. My wife and I have spent the month of March on the Gulf coast for years, this year in Lori and Lances “Magnolia Beach Escape”. This home might be the most comfortable we’ve had and it’s located just a block from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed plus much more; you do not want for anything. The house itself was very clean and well appointed; it felt like a home. The “Escape” is in a great neighborhood and the owners live within walking distance so if you have an issue they will attend to it immediately. We lost the bulbs in an overhead kitchen light and Lance couldn’t get there fast enough to fix it. Also, I do a lot of computing and we’ve never had faster internet speed anywhere. This was a real plus. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend a stay at this home. But you don’t have to take my word for it, just look at all the other 5-star reviews.

Let me start off by saying that my family has stayed in many VRBO's over the last 10 years. We have never written any reviews for ANY of our stays....and they have all been good experiences. Our Christmas vacation in Biloxi (Dec 23-26) will never be forgotten. The hard freeze that affected most of the country also affected this property. We had reservations for 4 nights. We didn't stay a single night in the house because the heater was not working 3 out of the 4 nights and the water lines were frozen in the house the first night. The reason I write this review is not to complain about the property, but to commend Lori and her husband, Lance on their efforts to accommodate us. They bent over backwards to make sure we were tended to! They quickly responded to our texts and phone calls. They had an HVAC repairman come to the house to try and make repairs but the part needed wouldn't arrive in until the day we left the Magnolia house. Fortunately, they had another property that was available which they offered to us at no charge! They even refunded our 1st nights stay because of the issues we experienced. Had the weather not been so extremely cold, our stay in the Magnolia home would have been perfect. Along with many sincere apologies, Lori even gave us a travel goodie bag and bottle of wine for our drive back to Texas! Which we didn't drink any of it while driving. Lol. All though we faced many challenges and roadblocks during our vacation, we learned a vital lesson in kindness, respect and generosity. You can only control the controllables and let everything else go. Thanks Lori and Lance for being such gracious hosts and doing right by us!

This house was exactly as advertised but better! The house was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We were visiting friends for Thanksgiving and I couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The hostess Lori contacted me because she wanted to replace the blender that had broken before our arrival. The kitchen was so fully stocked.which made it very easy for us to make pie and sides for Thanksgiving! We will be back I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

The property was lovely and very well maintained. The area was also lovely and the beach was only a block or less from the property. I would rate the property and experience a 5 out of 5 and my family and I definitely plan to stay there again. The owners were very hospitable and responded promptly to any communications and/or requests.. The beach was lovely and not crowded at all. The beach is PERFECT if you have young children. If you are looking to swim though you will need to wade or walk out about 100 yards or so before the water gets over waist deep. The downtown area was nice as well....

They did think of everything! Best of all-my party had to work while we were there. Not only are there 2 work spaces but the home has ATT fiber internet! Lori and her staff were fantastic! If we had a question, it was answered. If we had an issue, it was resolved. If we needed a suggestion, we looked in the vacation guide! The place was big enough to sleep 6 easily and maybe more. The home had great amenities like roku tv's, 2 coffee pots (kurig) and drip, full size appliances in kitchen, a FULL compliment of everything you need (and MORE) for cooking. If we go back to the coast, we'll stay with Lori!

We had a blast in Long Beach this past week. The house was just perfect. Newly remodeled, clean, a fenced in yard and a propane grill that actually had propane in the tank. Great communication from Lori, the homeowner. Beach was a 5 minute walk and tons of restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend this house!

This house is just perfect! It has everything you need! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The beach is really close and it’s so clean and not crowded. The storage outside has a wagon if you choose to walk, you can put your beach towels or toys for kids in it. The owner was so thoughtful to leave books and board games in the living room! All cleaning supplies and dishes are also there. I did not have to call for anything because there is everything you may need. You can enjoy a wonderful ocean breeeze while sitting at the end of the porch! We travel with two toddlers and loved our stay! I wish we could stay longer!!!
