"A solid stay for folks looking to visit Mt. Whitney. You are walking distance from all the restaurants and market so you never have to hop in the car unless you are venturing up to Mt. Whitney. The bathroom is spacious and having a washer/dryer is a major plus so you can pack light. The AC is solid, which is great for those triple digit days in Lone Pine. The owner is easily reachable and friendly. All in all it was a great trip."

"Beautiful house in a beautiful environment at the foothills of Mt Witney in the Alabama Hills. Comfortable, clean, casual and inviting home. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. We had such an exciting time stargazing, hiking and exploring the area. It was wonderful to come back to a "home base" to rest. Thank you for memories we will be talking about forever."

It is a perfect fit for our two families of four (4 adults, and 4 teenagers). The house is in a great area that is quiet and about 10 minutes away from Lone Pine. The views are spectacular (especially for winter) and its a great jumping off spot for exploring the Owens Valley.
