Overall good
The staff was super friendly and helpful, when were looking for a place to eat in the middle of night. They also offered to order just eat. The room was okay, the TV was old and did not work properly, and the window did not open, but overall a great visit.

Hotel ca. 25 minutter fra London centrum
Plus: Venligt og imødekommende personale. Meget rent alle steder. 7 minutters gang fra Stratford station med 2 undergrundslinjer direkte ind til London centrum (Jubilee og Central). KÆMPE indkøbscenter ved Startford Station med udendørs og indendørs butikker og restauranter i overflod. 10 minutters gang fra Queen Elisabeth Olympic Park - dejligt grønt område med bl.a. verdens længste rør rutschebane - meget anbefalelsesværdig for vovehalse!. Minus: Man skal beregne ca. 30 minutters transport fra man går fra hotellet og til man er i London centrum. Området er knap så inspirerende (gamle, ikke så vedligeholdte huse blandet med nybyggede højhuse), men det virker trygt nok at færdes der. Wi-Fi er MEGET svingende og dur til tider nærmest ikke. Man kan ikke åbne vinduet på værelset, så det føles lidt klaustrofobisk + den eneste måde at få "frisk" luft ind i værelset er via aircondition. Der lugter mærkeligt på gangene og det virker lidt indelukket. Konklusion: Vi kommer ikke til at bo på hotellet igen, da komforten ikke var god nok til os (primært det at man ikke kunne åbne vinduet - om ikke så bare på klem + det ustabile Wi-Fi).

Hyggeligt hotel med meget høflig, imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale - virkelig god service. Udvalg af morgenmad meget lille, og lidt dyrt.

Super hyggeligt hotel og meget gæstfrit personale. Værelset var pænt og selvom vi havde et værelse ud til vejen, hørte vi den ikke. Morgenmaden var god og blev serveret i noget der lignede en lejlighed sat sammen med hotellet. Det havde gammelt plankegulv som var lidt skævt, og selve rummet var ret charmerende.

Skønt hotel og skønt område!
Dejligt hotel og dejligt område - tæt på Stratford Underground og Westfield shoppingcenter. Eneste kedelige oplevelse var brusehovedet på værelse 104. Det var godt nok en dårlig oplevelse at gå i bad haha

Hotellet kender jeg fra tidligere ophold i Stratford, beliggehed er gåafstand fra banegården. Værelserne er ikke så store som andre hoteller i byen. Morgenmaden kunne mængden også være større, hvis jeg skal sammenligne med andre 4 stjerne hoteller i London. Men personalet er super hjælpsomme altid smilende. Tak for en super service under vores ophold :)

A very nice & comfy hotel. Only thing is that it is located in the eastern part of London. Therefore, I will tale you some time before you reach the center of London.

Et super godt hotel med en lækker beliggenhed
Vi boede her i 2 nætter, og vi var meget tilfredse med hotellet, som er topmoderne. Værelset var ikke det største, men sengen var utrolig god, og der var et stort tv, hvor man, udover at kunne se de almindelige kanaler, kunne leje film (til ca. 3 pund pr. stk). Derudover var hvert værelse udstyret med en smartphone (med fri net), som man frit kunne benytte under hele opholdet, dvs. også tage med rundt i byen. Super service! Stedet er ca. 5-10 min gang fra Stansted Station, hvor også shoppingcentret, Westfield, ligger. Yderligere 5 minutters gang bringer dig hen til den olympiske park. Vi ville uden tvivl vælge dette hotel igen næste gang!

Happy happy. Sådan vil vi beskrive personalet. Mødte man personalet, var det altid med et smil og et hallo. Meget hjælpsomme. Man bliver i godt humør af at være gest på Westbridge.

This is a nice little hotel which is conveniently located in Stratford, just a short walk from Stratford station (with several connections into central London), Westfield, and the Olympic Park. It takes around 30-40 minutes to get to central depending on where exactly you're heading. My room was quite compact, but the space was used pretty well, and the bed was very comfortable; I slept well. There were a couple of minor cleanliness issues - a hair in the sink when I arrived, a couple of small stains on the edge of the duvet - but nothing so serious as to cause me a concern or worth complaing about. The bathroom had a quite unpleasant smell most of the time though, for some reason! Again, not serious, but a bit strange. I did also find the room a touch cold, even after playing with the a/c, but not uncomfortably so. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would consider returning in future.

We had a good one night stay. We would have liked a proper dinner but were unaware that we could order from another restaurant for delivery before we ordered our pizza. We would have liked somewhere comfortable to sit to have a drink in the evening. The breakfast was good. Staff very pleasant. Perhaps a few sofas dotted around would ebcourage people to stay for a drink.

The staff were polite and friendly, the room was clean and bed very comfortable. Only a few minutes from Stratford Rail Station and ideally situated for the ABBA voyage concert. The room was quiet, and there was everything you would ever want for breakfast, excellent, (self service) but run very efficiently again with friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Working stay
Working in Westfield shopping centre this hotel is only 10mins away. Really nice room and very clean. The room has a lot of mirrors as a feature but unfortunately room 106 had several broken mirrors which gave it bad luck before the stay had started. Extra positive as much as you get a little noise from people walking past your door (which is understandable )you do not get anything from the next room ie toilet or tv noise. Only negative would be it’s sold having a bar and restaurant, did try and get a pint after working 14hours only to find it’s has cans or bottles bar only this then put me directly off having any food as that could also just be a ding frozen meal. House keeping 11 out of 10 well done 👍 Did not see or get any offers of parking so parked in the shopping centre £16 for 24hours. Over all would recommend for the stay if you are eating and drinking elsewhere.

An old building which has been updated to a very high standard. Our room was compact but had sufficient space to accommodate us for our two night stay. The bathroom was spotless. We loved our balcony. Although on a busy road the rooms are set back from the road and so quiet. Indeed our room was very quiet and we weren't aware of neighboring rooms. Controlling lights and heat was straightforward. The handle on our bathroom door was very stiff. A huge variety at breakfast and of good quality. Breakfast room was large and had attentive staff . Only a 6 minute walk to Stratford underground and international station and Westfield shopping mall.
