Meget lækkert hotel - med lidt skønhedsfejl
Superlækkert hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed. Service og opmærksomhed fra personalet ændrede sig markant, da det blev hverdag - måske en organisatorisk udfordring. Vores ekstraseng var IKKE klar ved ankomst midnat, trods forsikringer om det ved ekstra tjek pr. e-mail på dagen for ankomst. Vi havde et handicapvenligt værelse, hvilket var velegnet pga den ekstra rummelighed og dermed plads til ekstraseng, men mindre velegnet pga det kørestolsvenlige badeværelse med ukomfortabel indretning mellem håndvask og toilet. Toiletsædet var ubehageligt højt og uden låg, hvilket er decideret uhygiejnisk. Indergardiner af tilsyneladende meget ringe kvalitet, som var mere revnede end sammenhængende. Et par lidt ærgerlige skønhedsfejl i et high end hotel med tilsvarende signal, selvforståelse og pris. Skønne loungefaciliteter, bar, reception, swimmingpool osv., virkelig smagfuldt.

The Marylebone Hotel
Dejligt dejliugt hotel, som vi helt bestemt overnatter på igen. Jeg var der med vores teenage datter, og vi delte et Kingsize bed room. da vi kom havde hotellet booket os ind på et Queensize bed room, men intet problem at udskifte til Kingsize uden ekstra betaling. Alt fungere perfekt. Sengen er til den hårde side, men man ligger alligevel godt. Værelserne er relativt små men effektive og der er alt hvad man har behov for - badekåber, stort TV (det brugte vi nu ikke), minibar, gratis kildevand, store bløde lækre håndklæder osv. Hotellet har en helt utrolig hyggelig bar & lounge, som jeg ærgrede mig over ikke at have mere tid til at nyde. Pool & Gym i kælderen, busy med mange lokale men god stemning. Lækre badeprodukter både i spa området (Cowshed) samt på værelserne (Aromatherapi). Det er uformel luksus, og man føler sig bare godt tilpas på The Marylebone :)

Et hotel man vender tilbage til
Et imødekommende professionelt personale, trods værelser ikke er så rumlige, så er de pæne, rene og komforten i top. En lille detalje som en god nespresso maskine, vand og chokolade står klar efter en lang dag på værelset. I underetagen ligger et stort fitness center med flere hold og en lækker 20 m pool - så til forretningsophold eller privat kan det kun anbefales. I stuen ligger restauranten 108, der er oplagt til et et glas vin eller forretningsmøde - enkelt med godt køkken.

Me and my daughter had the privilege and pleasure to stay for two night in your wonderful hotel last week. The staffs hospitality were execellent and the surrounding (room, lobby, spa and breakfast room) were just exellent.

Best service you can imagine!!
I can highly recommend Marylebone Hotel. Have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years, but when it comes to hospitality and service above and beyond, I have never stayed better than at Marylebone. This is the first time I recommend a hotel at Hotels.com, but I just have to!!

Beliggenhed og komfort
Flot hotel med super god beliggenhed - både for park, shopping og restauranter. Hotellet rent og pænt, gode værelser med høj komfort. DOG var vi ikke informerede om, at spa området var lukket 5 uger hen over den periode, vi skulle være der. Derfor føler vi os snydt på det område, da det var det, vi også bookede hotel efter.

Dejligt centralt hotel
Rigtig lækkert hotel, meget hjælpsomt personale. Der er hyggeligt og rent. Super beliggenhed, få minutters gang til Oxford Street og Bond Station. Havde dog været rart at vide, at poolen var lukket i 5 uger pga renovering, da vi netop ønskede hotel med pool.

A lot of hidden fees at this place. Also. I came from America and all my hair appliances are American. I was happy to see an American socket in the room but it didn’t work. When I told the hotel they came me an extension to plug my hair appliances into. When I used it, my blow dryer completely burned 40 percent of my hair out and the hotel says that it’s my fault because I didn’t use the blow dryer in the hotel.

The property itself is great, super location in the hip neighbourhood of Marylebone, within walking distance of Mayfair and Soho. I have stayed here before and liked it. They have a real gym with a large indoor pool, cardio, weights, cross-fit and much more. A nice bar although they seem short staffed, and a good breakfast restaurant, though they sometimes don't quite get your order right, both of which for a 5 star property, should not be a problem. My room was nice, real king size bed, and I love the small bottle of milk for my coffee in the room, and a proper selection of coffee (and enough of it). However the room was very noisy, no soundproofing, almost as if people was in your room as they walked by. Also, the front office crew is not alway very helpful, not 5 star service.

部屋は広くはなかったですが、ダブルベットでバスタブがあり、女性の1人旅には十分でした。また毎日清掃してもらえて、とても清潔で綺麗でした。スタッフは皆親切で、プールで泳ぐこともでき、5日間とても快適に過ごせました。また是非泊まりたいです!
