The house offers a bright and welcoming living room with a large, comfortable sofa, a huge smart TV with high-speed internet, dedicated channels, and everything you need for a cosy evening in. There is also a comfortable dining area, making it easy to enjoy meals together or spend quality time with family and friends.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the essential appliances and amenities you need during your stay, whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or cooking a full meal.

The home features four comfortable bedrooms:

A spacious master bedroom with a comfortable bed, plenty of room to relax, and a large wardrobe.
A cosy double bedroom with a comfortable bed, generous space, and a desk ideal for working remotely.
A fun and practical bedroom with two bunk beds, perfect for children or extra guests.
A charming single bedroom, ideal for younger guests or solo travellers.

With three full bathrooms, including options with showers and bathtubs, getting ready is easy and convenient for everyone staying at the property.

One of the highlights of the house is the private fenced back garden — a peaceful outdoor space where you can relax, enjoy a morning coffee, or unwind after a busy day exploring London.

Located in Stockwell, the property offers a great base for discovering the city while providing the comfort and space of a real home. Whether you are visiting London for work, a family trip, or a city break with friends, this house offers the perfect balance of comfort, space, and convenience.

Guests will have the entire home to themselves.

The house has different floors and has no lift. For this reason, it may be less suitable for guests with significant mobility difficulties or wheelchair users.

* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for misplaced, lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
* The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge
*We provide single-use toiletries for the first two day of your stay
*Our lovely neighbors have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbors.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
