Arranged across two floors with no lift access, the home has two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom features a king-sized bed and calm, elegant styling, while the second bedroom has two single beds. One bathroom includes a striking freestanding bath, while the second has a modern shower.

The interiors have a refined contemporary feel, combining crisp neutral tones with bold black accents and elegant architectural details. The sleek kitchen features dark cabinetry, marble-effect worktops, statement appliances and a dishwasher, creating a sophisticated yet practical space for cooking and entertaining. The adjoining dining area is perfect for relaxed meals, while the bright living room offers soft curved seating and a comfortable place to unwind.

Stamford Brook offers a more relaxed side of London while keeping the capital’s best-known areas within easy reach. Nearby Ravenscourt Park provides green open space for walks and time outdoors, while Chiswick High Road is known for its independent shops, cafés and restaurants. Guests can enjoy Tuscan-inspired dining at Villa di Geggiano, European-style meals at High Road Brasserie or a traditional neighbourhood pub experience at The Andover Arms in Hammersmith.

Stamford Brook Underground Station is the closest transport connection, around a third of a mile away, and is served by the District line. Direct services connect to Hammersmith, Earl’s Court, South Kensington, Victoria, Westminster, Embankment and Tower Hill, with westbound trains towards Richmond, Kew Gardens and Ealing Broadway. Ravenscourt Park Underground Station is around half a mile away and also provides District line services across west and central London.

Turnham Green Underground Station is also around half a mile away. It is served regularly by the District line, while Piccadilly line trains stop during the early morning and late evening. These services offer convenient connections towards Heathrow Airport, Knightsbridge, Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square and King’s Cross St Pancras

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
