If you are searching for a base from which to explore the historic areas of Notting Hill, Little Venice and Hyde Park look no further. This small but mighty home located in the cosmopolitan neighbourhood of Bayswater has so much to offer with its retro touches and huge (super king-size) bed. A couple or solo traveller will find the space ideal and well equipped to make their stay a remarkably comfortable one.
The space
You will immediately feel at home in my elegant 1-bed apartment. The apartment is situated on the ground-floor level of a Victorian terraced building.

Tucked away in a quiet street, but close to the trendy restaurants and shops off Westbourne Grove – the fashionable high street of Notting Hill.
The apartment has been modernised throughout, and is ideal for leisure or business travellers who are looking for a comfortable stay in one of London’s iconic neighbourhoods.

Accessed via a short set of stairs from street level, the apartment benefits from big windows and high ceilings that combine to bring space and light to the apartment. Add that to the high quality finish of the furnishings and fittings, and what you’ve got is a 1-bedroom west London apartment that’s ideal for a couple or corporate visitors who are looking to stay somewhere in London that’s conveniently located and wonderfully presented.

Heading left after entering the apartment takes you into the open plan living and dining area. You’ll soon see the advantages of the size of the windows, as the daylight really brings this room to life. There’s a couch that offers a good view of the apartment’s wall-mounted flatscreen television, close to which is the apartment’s dining table which comfortably seats 4 for a meal, while also making a great place to spread out your papers and open up your laptop if there’s work to be done.

The space leads round to the semi-separate kitchen that’s fitted with modern, integral appliances and plush shiny black worktops. Everything you need to enjoy independent self-catering living while staying in London is here for you. So there really is no need to go to all the hassle and expense of booking a west London hotel room or B&B when you can enjoy more space, independence and privacy right here.

When the day is done, the large master-bedroom to the rear overlooks the gardens and features an ensuite bathroom with a modern white suite and walk-in shower. The super king size bed is as immaculately presented as the rest of the property and will ensure you enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep.

PLEASE NOTE that due to the bathroom being an ensuite accessible via the bedroom only, this place is best suited for families of one or two adults and small child/teenager.

In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, prior to arrival, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference and their passport/identity card/driving license. Above information may be requested for each member of your party over the age of 16; we reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who cannot provide the information set out above.

INSTANT BOOK GUESTS: if you are under 24, come from London and in a group please contact us first. You will also be required to present your passport at check-in.
Where the person making the booking is different to the guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for damages or house rules being broken.

EARLY CHECK-IN: We are happy to arrange a free early check-in after or around our check out time, as long as there are no guests checking-out on the day of your arrival. Subject to availability.

A GUARANTEED EARLY CHECK-IN before check-out time can be arranged for an extra charge of 60% of the night rate. Subject to availability.

LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 11AM. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to charge a late check out fee (60% of an additional night’s stay). Late check-outs can be requested in advance but are subject to availability and may be charged at 60% of the nightly rate.

BABY COT: A baby travel cot (also known as a 'pack and play') and high chair are available upon request (for a surcharge), but we must have at least 3 days notice.
Please note - the travel cot mattress that comes with it is thin, as most travel cots are. We follow the Lullaby Trust's advice not to put any added mattress or padding into the travel cot for the child's safety.
We do not supply baby bedding for the travel cot.

LONGER STAYS - For bookings 14 days or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning session will be arranged for you. This service is necessary as we’ve found that it helps to avoid any extra cleaning fees at the end of longer bookings. Please get in touch with us before proceeding if you do not agree to this, as you may be required to pay an additional cleaning deposit that will be refunded to you after the check out inspection by our housekeeper.

London is constantly developing, therefore, some building works can occur from time to time in the local area, which can cause some noise during working hours 8am-5pm.
