Three double bedrooms perfect for 6 guests. Each bedroom is equipped with fresh linens, wardrobe, and drawer space. (please note that a 7th person can be accepted for additional charge - see other details to note section)
Living/Dining Area: Comfortable seating, rug, lighting, artwork and TV. Open-plan Kitchen: Well-equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and cooking essentials. Dining table for six available. Bathroom1: Modern with walk-in shower with shower stall, WC and basin Bathroom2: Ensuite to one of the bedrooms (bedroom 3) centrally located freestanding Bath, basin, WC and shower unit. Bathroom3: Located in loft (steep stairs must be climbed to access the loft level). Bath, WC and basin Extras: Wi‑Fi, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, iron/board, and self check-in Garden: Spacious garden, available for morning breakfast or lunchtime alfresco dining. Loft/snug room: With beanbags, floor sofa space, TV (steep wooden stairs must be climbed to access the loft level). Security Cameras- There are security cameras on both the back and the front of the house. These record images of the exit and entrance areas.
* We can allow a 7th guest to stay in the property. A payment of £25 is to be paid as an additional cost before the booking - please send us a message to book - please note that the additional sleeping arrangement would be within the loft room on a single floor mattress. This must be requested at the time of booking and atleast 48hours prior to check in so the additional bedding can be arranged.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed
