Stylish 5 bedroom House in Stratford

Hello,

We love hosting our lovely home whilst we are away for holidays and wknds!

Here is lots of helpful information about the house;

CAT
Goldie, our very friendly Bengal cat, will be at the house during your stay. We have a cat flap and a water fountain and she is very independent. We just need some dry cat food left out for her during your stay.

THE HOUSE
The house itself is very large and spacious and a great place for a group of friends or family.
It can comfortably fit 10 adults.

The house has 4 bedrooms upstairs which comfortably sleep 8 adults. We also use our children’s playroom downstairs as a 5th bedroom. It is very large with a double bed for 2 more adults.

We also have a very good quality double floor mattress if people would like to spread out a bit more.

BRINGING CHILDREN?
We have a 3 year old and a 5 year old so the house is child proofed. We have a large travel cot with a good quality mattress we can also place in any room you request.
We can cater for anything else you need if you’re bringing little guests with you. Just ask and I’ll see what we can do.

LOCATION & TRANSPORT LINKS
We are located a 15min walk or 5 min bus ride to Stratford Centre, Olympic Park & Westfield Shopping Centre.

We love our neighbourhood. It has everything you could need.

In the immediate area we have a 24hour shop, post office, hairdressers, dry cleaners, restaurants, take-away places etc etc.

In Stratford Town Centre you will find hundreds of shops, supermarkets, restaurants & bars. And of course the massive Shopping Mecca, Westfield!

Hackney Wick is just past Westfield and is one of the coolest areas in East London to hang out.

The house itself is in a very quiet cul-de-sac well away from the main road. Perfect for a good nights sleep :-)

Please be advised Stratford is Zone 2/3 which reflects the price of the room.
It is very easy to get around London from the house as Stratford has great transport links.

We often get asked how long it takes to get to Oxford Circus (central London) We advise that from leaving the house to arriving at the station it will take roughly 45 minutes.

MARYLAND STATION - is a 8 min walk away. The new high speed Elizabeth Line runs from Maryland making it easy to get all over London faster than ever before.

STRATFORD TUBE STATION - is a 15/20 min walk or 5 min bus journey.
Stratford tube is a fantastic transport hub & has amazing links to the rest of London.
The Central, Jubilee, Overground, National Rail & DLR run from here.

BUSES - The No.257 & No.69 run very frequently from the bottom of our street.

STANSTED AIRPORT - you can take a bus from Westfield Shopping Centre to the airport. The journey time is 45 mins. We recommend using Terravison Coaches for good value for money.

PARKING
We have parking restrictions in our area, but you can book a visitor permit and park outside our house, or very nearby.
The restrictions are from 8.30am-6.30pm and costs £9 for the entire day.

My sister lives just next door so will be on hand if you have any problems or need any help during your stay :-)

Please bear in mind this is our residential home as opposed to an empty holiday let so we expect guests to look after our house as if it was there own, and to respect the property and our cat, Goldie :-)

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac so we have a strict NO PARTY POLICY and guests need to keep the noise down after 11pm.
