Dollis Hill is a peaceful, leafy residential neighbourhood with a welcoming community feel. The house sits on a street lined with pretty Edwardian terraces, their red-brick façades and bay windows offering the quintessential charm of traditional British architecture. Within one minute, you can be in Gladstone Park — 97 acres of meadows, woodlands and tennis courts, with sweeping views across London. It’s ideal for morning runs, weekend strolls, or simply enjoying unforgettable sunsets while spotting landmarks from Wembley to the Shard. Local shops, cafés, and a family-run greengrocer are at the end of the street, ensuring everyday essentials are close at hand. Food lovers will enjoy Mezze Grill, a stylish Mediterranean restaurant, while nearby Willesden Green (a 20-minute walk or 2-minute tube ride) offers an even wider choice of restaurants, bakeries, and bars.

The house is just two minutes’ walk from Dollis Hill tube station on the Jubilee Line, giving you fast and direct access to Central London:

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
