Det lever ikke op til et 4 stjernet hotel. Personalet ved morgenmaden var yderst servicemindede og det kunne receptionisterne lære lidt af. Ikke et hotel vi vil besøge igen.

Very Nice hotel! Very friendly and welcoming staff. I must say that there was a lot of strange odours around the hotel, not pleasant, especially from the lobby to the elevators and in the elevators that smelled a lot like sweat. Also it was hard to get fresh air to the room since the window couldn’t really open. But overall a pleasant stay

Poor experience, does match the 4-stars
Clear smell off moulder or similar in the hallway. Looked like a minor renovation was in progress though. The room (top floor) was very worn, and the bed too. It was like sleeping in a half-tube. Further the bed was to short - if I laid on the back my feet was outside the bed (I am 187cm). The carpet was not one where you really was keen on putting your bare feet. The breakfast was fine, but expensive compared to selection and quality. The staff was nice. In total it did not match the price nor the 4-start branding. I booked 3 nights, I switched to another hotel after 2 nights.

Nice hotel and friendly staff
Lovely hotel. Located perfectly near the tube. The hotel is a bit worn down but everything worked as it should. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good- standard British breakfast- but quality seemed good. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to London

Et rent og pænt hotel. Men værelse 105 var der ikke elevator til, og måtte slæbe min kuffert op og ned af trapperne, virkelig dårligt! Udsigten var en mur! Og ingen fjernbetjening.

Fint hotel til prisen, god beliggenhed, fin morgenmad. Vi boede på 5.sal med skråvægge, ingen udsigt. Men, fint for to dage. Badeværelse var småt, men det fungerede.

High quality - with a few missing details
The hotel had a prefect location in the quiet but exclusive Kensington suburb, close to Gloucester Road Underground Station. The room was fine and service helpful and professional. The price considered, everything was good. A few minor details put a very small spot on the overall experience: The value deposit box in the room never came to work, even with two tries from the staff. And while the breakfast buffet was of generally high quality - especially the full english - the coffee was really bad and the juice was watered down. These are minor details, but it would have cost so little extra to provide the same high stadards as with everything else on the stay.

Dejligt besøg!
Vi havde bestilt et almindeligt dobbeltværelse for en enkelt nat. Da vi ankom, havde de valgt at opgradere vores værelse gratis, hvilket vi virkelig satte stor pris på. Det var en fed oplevelse! Vi tilkøbte morgenmad, som også var lækkert. Der var et stort udvalgt!

Fint, men undgå kælderværelser!
Vi fik først et værelse i kælderen, der var koldt og når man tændte for varmen (aircondition anlæg) larmede det meget. Der var desuden meget lydt, så vi kunne fx høre hver gang toilettet ovenpå blev brugt. Personalet var dog meget søde og imødekommende, og vi fik et nyt værelse dagen efter, der levede op til vores forventninger og matchede billederne bedre, så det var alt i alt fint, men man bør understrege at man ikke ønsker et kælderværelse! Morgenmaden var god og der rent i morgenmadsområde og lobby.

Park International Hotel is a clean and comfortable hotel to stay. The Gloucester Road underground station is located within walking distance. It is not too far from Heathrow airport either. There is an excellent Thai restaurant just across the street. The room is clean with comfortable bed and a very modern nice shower with a refrigerator and has a very good air conditioner. It is also very close to the Natural History and Victoria and Albert museum (only one underground station away).

This was a nice older property the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Some things in the building needed maintenance (painting, replace molding, etc). Overall a nice place to stay.

The room itself was clean - other than the carpet, which was ‘bring your slippers from home’ dirty. The staff was quite helpful and the location is great. The carpets overall in the hotel are stained and dirty and the smell is musty and unpleasant. Worth the price? Yes, but be prepared.

Having stayed previously we were expecting a good experience however, on this occasion we were left disappointed. The allocated room was minimalistic. A very small bed, shower room and a toilet that you couldn’t sit on properly, basically requiring you to sit sideways. There were cracked tiles on the floor covered up by the bin. The curtains were stained, the carpet was soiled and on looking out of the window there was evidence of rubbish left directly on the balcony with cigarette ends in it. This was not the experience we were anticipating. There were also no benefits offered despite requesting them.

Convenient location. Room was small. Needed a good paint job, but probably get banged into a lot because of the size of the room. Mini blinds in bathroom looked like they hadn’t been cleaned since they were installed in 1970. Room was not accessible by lift, which was hard on two old farts with 50 lb suitcases. Shower was a good size. Close to the Tube, and grocery store right down the street. Would stay there again.

The hotel is lovely but in need of refurbishment. A coat of paint wouldn’t be remiss. The dining room was closed and the bar closed as well. Our first night we were out in a very bad room. The furniture looked like it came from someone’s basement. I’m sure it had been a staff quarters at some point. We asked to be moved and the staff was very helpful in getting us moved. It definitely needs a update but the staff were lovely and very helpful in finding restaurants, activities. And so very friendly! It was disappointing that the dining room and bar were closed. Just on principle, if advertised as available it should be available. Especially for the price paid. Overall the staff made the difference and it was safe and clean.

Very old and floors were very squeaky, kinda like going to grandmas old house. they had a good breakfast and the staff was OK. Wont be staying there again.
